Had a fantastic short break, exploring Devon and Cornwall - a steam train ride (which our little girl loved!!) the Eden Project visiting Dartmoor and sampling the delights of Tavistock (the wonderful cheese festival, lots of pasties (yum!yum!) and cream teas) what a great town!! We even invited local family to the town for the day and to 'show off' our delightful accommodation - a beautifully restored 'home from home' - thank you Colin and Jenny!! What a wonderful week - we don't want to go home! The Ticketing Hall is beautifully restored, so comfortable inside with amazing views outside. We've enjoyed walking around Tavistock,cycling on the Granite Way, trips to Lydford Gorge, the South Devon Railway and Eden Project - such a friendly and relaxing place, thank you.
